Financing Conditions

For approved projects, funding can be obtained through the Apex or participating banks. Comply with BAT measures/emission values.

  • Borrow up to 90% of investment costs.
  • Maximum loan normally EUR 15 million but can be increased to EUR 25 million case-by-case.
  • Interest rate 1-2% over CBE Corridor rate or 2-3% over Libor/Euribor for foreign currency.
  • Loan repayment is 5-8 years with 1-2 years grace period.
  • Grant is 10-22% depending on financial viability.
